RED CABBAGE WITH APPLE 1 1/2 lbs. Red cabbage (shredded finely) 1 Lg. Bramley apple (peeled & sliced) 1 Lg. onion (thinly sliced) 2 tbls. Redcurrant jelly 2 tbls Red wine vinegar
