SALMON RING 1 Lg. tin John West Pink Salmon 1 onion (finely chopped) 2 tbls cooking oil 1 oz. Mr. Crumb breadcumbs (can be stored in freezer) 2 eggs (beaten) 1 tsp dry mustard seasoning.
Place chopped onion & oil in dish, cover and cook on high power 2 mins. Add remaining ingredients, mix very well and pour into a microwaveable ring mould. Cook uncovered on high power 5 mins. This recipe is so useful, it can be eaten cold with salad, or as a snack spread on toast as an alternative to pate.
