REALLY UNUSUAL WAY OF COOKING CHICKEN.


1 can bitter 440ml can
1 chicken
olive oil

1 tsp sea salt
1 tsp pimenton (smoked paprika)
1 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp. Black pepper.


Mix all the spice ingredients together. Smear oil over the chicken and then sprinkle the spices over it and inside. Pour out 1/3 of the beer and then place the chicken over the can and place in a casserole.

Cook on 200 for about 1 ½ hours, basting occasionally. Leave in oven with door slightly ajar for 10 mins. After cooking. Take out carefully as the beer will be boiling!!!!
