GARLIC CHICKEN I must confess I haven't actually tried this recipe but I am hoping some of you might and then let me have your comments on it. Just eat plenty of parsley after eating.
2 ozs. Butter 4 chicken breasts 12 garlic cloves 1 ˝ pints dry/med white wine 1 sprigs rosemary
Melt butter and sauté chicken skin side down with the Unpeeled garlic cloves fry 5 mins.
Add wine, herbs seasoning, cover tightly and simmer for 20 mins.
Mash garlic into juices bring to boil and pour over chicken Strain if necessary. ... |
