ONE PAN CHINESE CHICKEN
600g. Boneless skinless chicken thighs 1 level tbsp cornflour 1 tbsp sesame oil 2 tbls soy sauce 1 tbls. Vegetable oil 3 cloves garlic (crushed and chopped) 1 tbsp. Chilli sauce 1 tbsp hoisin sauce 1 tbls. Oyster sauce 1 tsp./castor sugar
Cut chicken into bite-sized chunks and . toss with the cornflour, sesame oil and 1 tbl of soy sauce. Set aside for about 30 mins.
Heat a wok, then add oil when hot put chicken in and stir fry 3-4 mins, or until just cooked.
Add all other ingredients, incl. remaining soy sauce,.
Cook for a further 5 mins, stirring frequently ..
