BRISKET RECIPE




I was invited to a friends for a snack last weekend the snack turned out to be most delicious casseroled meat with roasties and vegetables. I naturally couldn't wait to hear her recipe and rushed to Morrison's to buy the ingredients, do have a go before the weather improves its real cosy comfort food.

1 Roll of Brisket which I unroll and cook flat which makes it easier to slice.
1 Packet French onion soup
300 mls.(approx) Ginger Ale
Couple tbls. tomato puree.

And thats it, just mix the ingredients together and pour it over the meat, cook on a low setting
for a few hours until the meat almost falls apart. Enjoy
