BUTTERED LEEKS 1 1b. Leeks 1 tsp. French Mustard 4 tbls. Beef Stock 1 ozs. Butter/Flora
Slice leeks lengthwise in half, then across into 2" slices. Place in microwaveable dish, mix mustard into stock, pour over the leeks. Dot with butter/flora. Cook on high 5 mins. covered. Rather nice cold also.
By slicing in this way they cook quicker, otherwise base vegetables on 1 lb = 10 mins. on high power.... |
