SIMPLE MINCE RECIPE
If you are in a rush just chop up some onion and garlic finely. Place in a microwaveable casserole with 1 tb. oil and cook on high power 3 mins .Then add in 1 lb. mince and cook on high power for about 5 mins stirring frequently and you can see the mince turn brown. Drain off the liquid and stir in a beef stock cube, cook for a further 5 mins. Easten with rice or pasta its really tasty....
