KIWIHERB ORGANIC ECHINACEA, THYME & LIQUORICE
Flu, swine flu,and viruses are all around in abundance at the moment.

Everyone has their own way in trying to prevent them and mine each year is to take liquid Echinacea.

I find it easy to take and it seems to ward off the symptoms. I even use Echinacea to gargle if I am struck with a sore throat

The organic with Thyme & liquorice is the product I have been taking this winter and fingers crossed have been o.k

The other product that I swear by is Manuka honey which is so healing and as a preventative I take a spoonful each day.
