PROSECCO ROSE` SUMMER FRUIT PUDDINGS

I just could not resist trying these summer puddings the packaging just sold it to me,
Spoonfuls of summer.....juicy summer blackcurrants, redcurrants, strawberries and raspberries layered between slices of bread drenched in tangy summer berry juice and Prosecco Rose` I defy you to resist trying them........delicious.

I also picked up a tub of Cook Asian black bean stir fry sauce which was so authentic and added such great flavour to a stir fry.
